Privacy Policy

• Account information: your name, email address and sign-in details, handled by our authentication provider, Clerk.
• Billing information: if you subscribe, your plan and payment history. Card details are entered on and stored by our payment processor, Stripe, through Clerk; we never see or store your full card number.
• Financial information from accounts you connect: account names and types, the last digits of account numbers, balances, credit limits, interest rates, minimum payments, due dates, transactions (merchant, amount, date and category), and recurring charges and deposits. We receive this through Plaid only after you choose to connect an account.
• Information you enter: debts, subscriptions, bills and income you add by hand, and your payoff plan settings.
• Technical information: IP address, browser type and request logs kept by our hosting provider to run and secure the Service. We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We use your information only to provide and protect the Service:

• Show your debts, balances, subscriptions and income in one place
• Detect recurring charges and paychecks, and build your debt payoff plan
• Keep your account secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and fix problems
• Respond to your requests and meet legal obligations

We do not use your financial information for advertising, and we do not make credit decisions about you.

We share information only as needed to run the Service:

• Plaid Inc. connects your financial accounts. Plaid's End User Privacy Policy explains how Plaid handles your data. By connecting an account, you agree to Plaid collecting your information from your financial institution under that policy.
• Clerk provides sign-in, account security and subscription billing.
• Stripe processes subscription payments.
• Railway hosts the Service and its database.
• When required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
• If our business is sold or merged, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.

We do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising.

• We keep your information while your account is open.
• When you remove a connected account, we revoke our access to it and delete its data right away.
• When you clear your data or delete your account, we revoke all connections and delete all of your data right away.
• Accounts unused for 24 months may be deleted after we notify you.
• Deleted data drops out of our backups within 30 days.

Connections to the Service use HTTPS encryption. Your data is stored in an encrypted database, and access credentials for your connected accounts are encrypted separately. Access to our systems is limited and protected with multi-factor authentication. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you as the law requires if a breach affects it.

• Disconnect any account, or clear all of your data, from the Connections page at any time.
• Delete your account from your profile menu; this deletes your data.
• Ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing security@jagssystems.com. We respond within 30 days, or sooner if the law requires.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. We will not treat you differently for exercising them.

The Service is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we make a significant change, we will tell you by email or in the Service before it takes effect, and update the date above.
